Jimbe Minerals is developing a phased copper processing operation designed to convert qualifying copper-bearing feedstock into saleable copper products.

Secured Feedstock

Mushishima — Secured Feedstock

Jimbe Minerals has secured exclusive access to qualifying copper-bearing material from the Mushishima Tailings as the initial feedstock base for its planned processing operation, subject to applicable contractual, technical, environmental and regulatory requirements.

More than 35 million tonnes of indicative tailings material are covered by the feedstock arrangement, subject to independent verification, sampling, assay and technical assessment.

Secured access does not represent ownership of the entire tailings deposit. The tailings material is not reported as a Mineral Resource or Ore Reserve. Quantity, grade, recoverability and metallurgical characteristics remain subject to technical verification, sampling, assay and metallurgical testwork.
